Shocking & Rude customer service consultant

After calling their centre 4 times and asking to be assisted with a wifi device's password I have established that they are a bunch of rude assistants wanting to make a quick buck off Telkom but aren't willing to assist post-delivery. I was told I couldn't read - and even if I couldn't - how rude of you to tell me this! After noticing I am clearly angry they failed to assist! Customer service and courtesy doesn't exist here! Don't go near these guys!
