SHARING PRIVATE DETAILS

<p>I trusted Mobile Talk with the privacy of my banking detail and ID etc information (Marcus Oliver). To my surprise I received a call from a "sister company" a week later who stated they needed to confirm my detail before the deal goes through.</p> <p>I kept on asking why the "re-confirmation". When I became confrontational, the person said that this was for the R55 montly insurance of my to be received hand-piece. I feel deceived by Mobile Talk.</p> <p>I went to Telkom who referred me to the Call centre who referred me to Mobiel Talk where I paid almost R2,50 per minute for customer service. When I asked Sandile if it was their company policy to share private information, he hung up the phone.</p> <p>Is there someone from Mobile Talk who can tell me how and to whom they shared my private banking detail, and if this was a practice from Mobile Talk?</p>
