SHAMEFUL TELKOM

I have been a telkom customer for many years and then they cheated me with data in 2014. I lodged a complaint and they did not accept responsibility. I remained a loyal pay as you go customer despite their unfair practice. They phoned me in 2020 again and offered me a product which I accepted. After a year they phoned to tell me what a loyal customer I am and how well I am paying my account and offered me another product which I accepted. Then came a situation where my account was debited and I asked for explanation and once again I was blamed and was not given a fair explanation. I sent emails to them and was given reference numbers and told that my query is being investigated but not one of them got back to me to answer my query. They then debited my account, **********ly in my opinion, because I did not give permission for the debit. On one occassion my account was debited twice for the same amount and I queried again and no one from this irresponsible organisation got back to me. My banker showed me that they just changed the reference number on the debited to let it go through and give the description as authenticated. It was not authenticated by me and therefore I see that is very wrong and *******. I asked what is going to happen to the data due to me when I pay up and still no response. Then they sent me communication that my query is closed offering no reason for closure. This is so terrible of such a big concern. They have no regard for the customers that together keep them in business and ensure them salaries and profit. Now they handed my details to a debt collecting company threatening me with legal action. I take no notice of that because I have no contract with them (the debt collectors) and they have no clue of what is transpiring between me and the company giving them instructions to harass me. This treatment I got from them is very unprofessional of a very low standard and disgusting. Telkom MUST BE ASHAMED OF THE WAY THEY TREATING ME AFTER CALLING ME TO SAY HOW WELL I AM MANAGING MY CONTRACT. WITH THIS ATROCIOUS SERVICE THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE CONDUCTING BUSINESS!!!
