Service very poor!!!

Hi I was offered a package with 50 min talktime, 500mg data and a Samsung phone for R129.00 pm. I got a sms to say the contract was cancelled. On phoning them I was told that they do not work through Investec Bank. The woman who talked to me about the contract said that they do have Investec on their list. I called yesterday and today and they send me from one department to another and then get cut off. Pls help. My ref no is MT ***-1. Please help. Mrs Estelle Visser.
