SERVICE THAT SUCKS!!!!!

<p>A gentleman phoned me on the 13th of May selling a TELKOM deal to me over the phone. This sounded promising so the stupid customer that I am said yes. He promised that these phones will be delivered within 3-5 working days. After a debit was taken fom my account I continiously followed up with these people. The staff that work at their call centre are so rude. They have never been trained in customer service. They have no way of speaking to a customer. The phones have not been delivered and I cannot cancel this nonsense provider that render the ****piest service ever. These people are really disrespectful in the way they speak to a customer. I hope no one buys from these fools.</p>
