Service sucks

On 11 i received my tablet and sim from Telkom mobile and the ****** thing doesnt work , The whole weekend the damn thing couldn't connect to the network . I call Telkom mobile contact centre and they advised me that your company needs to activate the sim and and i should add your damn contact centre they don't answer they calls ..I've called more than 3 time now and the line just drops .
