Sent me device I said on phone I do not want

<p>Makosi Jumbi from Mobile Talk phoned me trying to sell me "a selected 1 of 1000" client July deal. She explained to me that what I was going to get is a wifi device where 10 devices can connect to it and can even use it in the Kruger Park or on holiday with UNCAPPED WIFI. She even showed me on the internet how the device would look and when I saw it was a tablet I advised her I am not interested in a tablet as I and my children all have a tablet and I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER TABLET. She again assured me it is a wifi device. With it sounding so cheap I even mentioned to her I will then cancel my telkom uncapped wifi and use this device. I first opened the device when I was in Jhb the weekend of the 31 July. I tried connecting our phones to the device without any luck. When I got home a week later I phoned them and they told me it was a tablet that was sent to me. I then advised them to please collect the device as it is not what was sold to me. I kept getting promises for feedback and after numerous calls and advice on one consultant to return the device to a telkom mobile store. The closest one is 110km from my town. So I went through on Tuesday to return the device being advised they cannot take it. I was also promised by Craig they will get back to me before the end of the day. As usual no response. I returned the debit order and phoned again today Thursday and was told I agreed to the tablet! Obviously they did not hear the conversation I had with Makosi as I know I told her I DO NOT WANT A TABLET! All I want is them to collect the device and leave me alone.
