On 17/09/2019 i received a call from Mobicel and the agent offered me a Samsung A2 core phone with 3000 minutes and 1Gig Data and 30 sms a day for only R139 a month and I agreed. I received the phone and on 31/09/2019 they deducted R150 and then on 31/10/2019 R317 which I reversed as this was not our agreement. I refuse to pay that much for a useless phone and till this day i have never even used their sms,data or minutes,
