Sales agent gives false information

This is most probably the most unprofessional company that I ever had to deal with. Firstly they couldn't provide me with the cellphone that I signed up. And on top of that, although I was informed by a Mobile Talk sales agent that I will receive 100 free minutes as part of the package that I signed up for, they informed me that the sales agent was wrong and that I would not receive the 100 free minutes. See their reply below: Kindly be advised that your below request has been escalated to our Operations Department for further assistance and unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with the 100 minutes as advised by the sales agent.

Kindly be advised that you may have the minutes added to your contract at R40.00 per month with Telkom directly.

So basically you cannot believe what their sales agents tell you and you don't receive what you agreed upon.
