Ruined Credit Record

Telkom you have damaged my Credit records, my contract ended in December 2019, however in January there was another debit order of a lesser amount. I was inform that it was Pro Rata for the fact that I didn’t cancel my contract. On the 29 Jan 2020 I went to Telkom Wonderboom Junction, I then cancel my contract. I am so shocked that my Credit record is ruin by Telkom, I am told that I am in arrears for 4months. Please fix mess of yours this I don’t want this to ruin my Home Loan application.
