RUDE CALL CENTRE

I was contacted by one of the ladies in your call centre about a new deal I accepted. I had asked the lady to please phone me back as I was about to go into a meeting. She rudely said that this was the third time the had to phone me and she also had meetings but she took time to phone me. My assistant then informed me that she had answered my mobile earlier in the day when I was in another meeting and this lady was extremely rude asking who she was and why she had my phone, she then said she will phone back in 5 min.<br> The rudeness of your staff member was so off putting I told her to cancel the contract and put the phone down
