******* in my bank account, shame on you Telkom and your so-called MobileTalkMt

It was around July 2020, a male consultant called and presented himself as Telkom employee with good offer of Router and simcard for R100.00 per month. I accept his offer. He then told me that for this application to be completed he had to transfer me to his senior supervisor or manager. I had to agree as I wanted it.

He the transfer the callto his so-called senior or manager. In this process I was ******* into other offer which that manager offered another simcard for R40.00 per month. Bringing to total of R140.00. This second ALSO said that I had to talk to the last person as the manager too in order to complete the application.

Alright, I talked to another manager, now a third person. He brought another offer for something which I couldn't understand nor need it. I declined his offer. Upon completion of the contract, I asked him several times to confirm my monthly payment. He told me that I will be paying R140.00 monthly.

Plat, I was happy.i received the package from a certain courier service. To my surprise, my first debit was amount of R600.00 with three different reference numbers on my bank statement. I called Telkom during the lockdown, they were able to answer questions around the simcard but told about MobileTalkMt, name which I didn't know or hear about before. Telkom employee confirmed that they have such company as their partners.

I was given a number to call them (MobileTalk), however they do not answer calls. I am also trying to call Telkom on 081180, no one consultant available to help. These people have tendency of robbing us, threatening to blacklist us but don't want to talk to us as their customers.

Shane on Telkom for making sure that they are robbing us through MobileTalk and disappear. They are fully aware of their ******* activities in our account and try by all means to avoid taking our complaints. They will send SMS telling me that my account is not paid. They will give me account number to make payments but won't give me contact details for incase I need to talk to them.
