Ripoff

Telkom is just a nonsense network, I ordered an iPhone7 plus from them last year November, they delivered a router, informed them they came back and fetched their router 6 weeks later they tell me the phone I wanted is out of stock and tried to convince me to take something else, I said “no thanks cancel the order “a day later they debited my account, called they to dispute and asked for canceled confirmation on email they sent it but still debits my account when ever they remember me, leaves my bank account with undeserved bank charges and a bad credit name, I get calls that I’ve been handed over because of Telkom. I need serious intervention please
