Refund Complaint

I have sent all required documents for my refund on the 01/02/21 only to be told that nothing was processed by the team leader Hophney. My refund request was dispatched on the 16/02/21.I called today to follow up and I was told to wait for feedback that can take up to 72 hours. No refund has been processed at this stage.
