Promised feedback soon and waiting 11 days for response, only response ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER OFF MY ACCOUNT!! UNACCEPTABLE!

<p> </p> <p>It has been 11 days since you promised to contact me. I have not received any feedback except another debit order going off my account!!! This is unacceptable, I have once again returned the debit order. You know you sold me a device I did not want, I repeated myself several times in the call that I have tablets and do not require another one. Please just send a courier to pick up your device. Why do you have to make people's life a misery?</p>
