Poorest Service

I Received a call from a agent from Mobile Talk offering me a new phone, so he told me all the details of the phone n wat comes with the phone and i agreed to taking the phone. I did ask him wat i need in order for me to get the phone and he told me all i would need is my and proof of residence, i den told him that i am on holiday in Durban by my parents place and that i do not have proof of residence. He adviced me that it would not be a problem i can use they address as the phone was goin to be delivered to that address. 2 weeks later Ram came home to deliver the product and then the guy saw the proof of residence and said sorry he can not give me the package as the proof of residence is not on my name and he as to take it back and i must call Mobile talk and speak to them, so i did call and the told me that the guy that called me was supposed to jus send Ram and email stating that i was on holiday and that we can use my dads proof of residence, but anyway she did send the email for me and she did advised me that the phone will be delivered in 3-5 working days. I waited for 5 days and called Ram regarding the package amd i was told that the package was sented back to Mobile Talk, i then called Mobile Talk and i was told that the order was canceled without even informing me. This is extremely bad service that I received and i would not advise anyone to do business with them.
