Poor service, no feedback in almost 2 months

Breach of contract sold over phone. E-mailed Serina on 5 January 2016 after she contacted me because I send a complaint on Hello Peter and she responded. Send her all the details she asked for and NO answer or ANY assistance in the matter till today. I want my recording from them as proof of breach of the contract ( I pay way more as what the contract was sold for- I made sure on the recording that I won't pay more than R 138 per month where by the salesman repeatedly said yes to me!!!) a Mohammad did the deal. I do not want to do any business with them anymore!!!
