Poor Service

I upgraded a telkom wifi contract after I finished my R199 per month acc to R899 per month, due to COVID circumstances I requested to cancel or down grade this package. Isent a request to Telkom in March to cancel the contract end of April, but till todate I never received any assistance and had to hand over the matter to Scorpion.
