poor service

<p>I was contacted by a telesales lady on behalf of telkom. I told her that I have poor cell reception . She told that shes selling a device that will end my problem.this device dint need cell signal and will provide wifi reception. I told her many times that I dont have cell reception and she said that this wontbe a problem. When the device was delivered it was a mediapad with 2 sim cards. I inserted the simcards but a week later the simcards does, not work. It just show no network. I contacted thier tecnical department but they could not help me. I stayd . On the line for a, long time but nobody was abel to help...it seems to me that they sell this devices just to get the sale and with false information just to make a sale</p>
