Poor service

Telkom has the worst service ever.. I took a contract for LTE broadband 10gig plus router for R139, and request to be debited on the 5th of every months, They decided to debit on the 30 and charge over R200 for debit order rejections even after I had paid my premium manually on the 25th. I’m so angry because the didn’t even bother to phone about the debit order issues, now I have been billed R489.70 for R139 contract.. It’s just *******.
