Poor quality service

There has been no/poor network connection in my area (Mkhuhlu-Mbombela) for almost a year now. Numerous users have complained to you about this but nothing has been done about it. It makes it unbearable for people to work from home for they struggle to access their emails, surf the internet, browse social media or receive communication from my social media accounts, efficiently attend meetings online and my siblings struggle with staying connected for their online classes and tests . We have been calling in to raise this issue and we have all been told that you are aware of it, but none has been done about it. Please attend to this issue for those on fixed term contracts are getting the shorter end of the stick
