Paying Way More Then Agreed

Hi I have received my 1st bill from Telkom for contract i have with Mobile Talk, The total is way more that was agreed on,My contract that i agreed on comes donwn to R208 a month, but the bill from Telkom amounts to R343 , Last week i have spoke to a Mobile Talk agent and asked her what my Bill will be for this month(July)because i dont want any surprises , she said my bill will be R253 , Received my bill 13.07.2016 and it was way more, What are these extra chargers??

As discussed, you will be adding a cap on your line so you will not exceed more than the agreed amount.I trust all is in order.

Kindly change the rating on HP if you don't mind doing so.
