Pay back the money

I payed R2000.00 to my telkom account on 22 September2021 and on the 23 September 2021 a telkom debit order of R1412.20 went through which I was owing to telkom.My account was now on R-2000.00 on the 03 October 2021 I called telkom to ask to be refunded the extra money on the account the lady I spoke to she told me it will take 72hrs for me to get my money back and on the 22 October 2021 I spoke to Nontobeko Ngubane she ask me to send proof of payment and my 3 months bank statement which I did and I didn't get my money back on the 27 October 2021 I spoke to another guy who ask for proof of payment and bank statements and I resend it again to this email *** with the case number ***3 I'm very disappointed with the service I'm getting from Telkom it's been over a month not getting my money back.
