Pathetic service from Mobile Talk after lying in the sales pitch.

Mobile talk mislead me into a purchase and i have now been struggling with them for weeks to try and get the contracts cancelled and my money refunded. they confirmed that the sale was a mislead and I returned the items within the cool off. yet they still charged me cancellation fees which they said they would not. and now I have to fight weeks to get it refunded. They also don't seem to have followed through on the cancellation request properly to Telkom since the contracts are still active and billing me on a monthly basis.

All I need is someone to take ownership of the issue and get it resolved by doing the refund and cancellation request in one. instead o get sent from pillar to post and told to callback every time.
