Pathetic Customer Service at College Court Bloemfontein

Visited Telkom College Court, Bloemfontein to sought out few misunderstandings, the consultant, who was very impatient with me, unprofessional and did not bother to sought out my concerns, redirected me to the phone telling me that they do not have time to deal service issues (in his exact words) and I need to call the service desk. I have since sent a complaint with full detail emails, three times, until today, I still have to hear Telkom take the initiative to provide a paid for service!
