Paid for service not asked for

<p>I was contacted by a lady who i was told, represent Telkom. After discussions, i agreed to accept the Telkom LTE R799 package per month, and ONLY THAT, NO OTHER SERVICES. All this was discussed telephonically. The modem whas then delivered after around 4 days, but no Antenna in the package. After i called, the lady said Telkom don,t have any antennas in stock, but i will recieve mine within 10 days. (That is 6 weeks ago......)</p> <p>Now, my biggest gripe. I did not agree or wanted any other services, adds, debits or such added to the contract, but a company by the name of "Magzone", deducted R79 from my account. Magzone was included in the sms Mobile Talk send me to promote services and such, which i DID NOT AGREE UPON, AND DON,T WANT. I did not use any of the vouchers for Magzone, Safetybox, Rescuebox or any of the promotions they send me, and i did not agree or activated any account. </p> <p>I would like Mobile Talk to re compensate me for the false adverti*****t, as well as the money that was deducted without my consent and agreement.</p> <p>I DID NOT AGREE FOR U TO USE MY DEBIT CARD INFO TO PROMOTE YOUR SERVICES MOBILE TALK, I DID NOT WANT MAGZONE SUBSCRIPSIONS ETC, AND DID NOT AGREE TO IT.</p> <p> </p>
