Order cancelled but still billed

<p>Took a new contract with Mobile talk over the phone. The deal was false and I complained on Hello Peter. They contacted me and confirmed that the deal was flase and that they would cancel the contracts and collect their parcel which has not been opened yet. I was billed anyway and they are not collecting their parcel. Despite confirming this was cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not impressed!</p>
