Online order pending for a month

I placed an online order for the Samsung A52, was told it was out of stock, that was on the 9th of April. up to date - i still have received any update, email, sms or text just to hey Portia, we are still out of stock and ive been calling them tirelessly to check if theyve got stock. to top it up - their physical stores are always packed, full of consultants with aggravating attitude you'd swear they were forced to work there.

telkom is failing us as their customers. i mean why have an online upgade / order placement platform if it is not to be used, pretty useless and misleading if you ask me. as soon as my contract ends with you guys - i am not renewing it
