OFFERING YOU A **** PRODUCT

Mobile Talk offered 40 GB WIFI on the go at 20 GB during office hours and 20 GB after hours. When the package arrives, you receive an invoice for only 10 GB data and a HUGE MODEM (normal desktop size, really not fit for travel). I immediately tried to contact them to rectify the situation: found a website: NO NAMES, NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS, NO MANAGER, NO DIRECTOR.... The only way to contact them is through an email address and a telephone number. The number goes through to a call centre, where you are told that they are OFF LINE, cannot assist. The manager is not there, they are not allowed to give the name of the owner or director and not allowed to give the physical address to return the goods!! STAY AWAY!!!
