NON EXISTENT TELKOM DERVICE

I have been struggling with my reception and internet line speed since 12th December 2019 and promised to install a device to boost the signal strength,now 15 months later and nothing has been done. Few times a day i receive a message on my phone screen stating no network emergency calls only. My internet speeds are atrocious with the download speed of 3.79 and upload 0.10.7. One can't find anyone to speak to except a bot on their Facebook messenger which i have been sending messages daily since 7th January and keep being told that my complaint has been handed to a agent who will contact me.Needless to say after two months no agent has yet contacted me
