NO STOCK EXCUSE

mobile talk phone me on the 3rd of november telling me i can upgrade my telkom contract with them so i did after doing everything i was told 5 to 10 days i will receive my samsung A5 last week i phoned them asking whats going on and all they could say we dont have stock and you will get your phone when you get it okay right debit order is going of tomorrow and yet no samsung A5. and to top it of they tell you straight thank you good bye and hangs up the phone while you are talking to them.
