No reponse or assistance from TELKOM Mobile

I have cancelled my cellphone contract as the 24 months passed. I first called Telkom and was told that I need to go to a store to get it cancelled. I went to Parow Telkom and was told that I need to do it online. Without further assistance or guiding me through the process, I have managed to cancel the contract.

The contract was cancelled but now I am unable to use my phone. The sim card and number is no longer working. I was told by a consultant that I won't be able to use the number ever again. I have tried getting help online and Mbali Simelane was the consultant. The only thing Mbali did was say hello on the chat portal and that was it. I have stated was I need help with and he did not respond. I have sent numerous messages to find out if he was still there but did not get any response.

This is ridiculous. I still need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
