No refund

Pathetic service really ,two weeks now nd still my issue still not resolved. First they accuse me of not paying my bill and penalize me , then they realize the mistake was on their side and they don't apologize. Despite that they still debit the penalties and now I have to call them back everyday to return my money and they want to tell me that they will credit my account with what they owe me. So when I refuse and don't want that they make it almost impossible to get it back and tell you that there is a fourteen day waiting period, given the time for when that happens it will be time for them to debit again. So what they basically want you to just leave it. Their supervisor (Pinky Ntombela) still calling me back, due to some of their call centre agents being *********** one has to struggle like this.
