Never received any router or data but they keep deducting money

I have problem with Telkom I never received any data or router but they keep deducting money from June till this date , now m owing 7200 ,I don't know what is for,I send them email they said they will refund me .and this is bad for my credit rating ,I don't to dispute this transaction on my bank
