Never again

I got a contract with them for 2 x Ipads, on the 14/12/2015 I only received one, I phoned that day, they said they will come back to me, nothing, I phoned again the next day they said it will be sent some mix-up, I also complained that the sim card I received does not work, it gives me emergency calls, they said it was activated, I must phone Mobile Talk Telkom in cape town, I phoned them they said is was not activated I must phone Johannesburg branch again. I phoned 200 times spoke to \managers"nothing promises that they will come back nothing"
