Never accept telkom cell phone contract

If you have cell phone contract with them, they make difficult for you to cancel even on their website the option they have is to buy or upgrade. It's been 3 months now trying to cancel their contract but still it's not cancelled.i even requested assistance at mtata telkom shop but no luck. I am not talking about a bad experience I have when I returned my phone for repairs. Their quote was R1610 for Sumsang A2 core, I rejected the quote then they charged me R189.
