Need services to be transferred been trying since 27th October2020

I have recently purchased a new flat and need my services transferred to the new unit.

I have been in to stores , I have tried calling the contact center and still today I have had no joy since 27 October 2020.

I s add m now paying for services which I Am not using.

I have projects due and work which I do from home and this is really disappointing service.
