My frustration

I have been struggling with an issue that my contact phone hasn't been working for 7 days now. Drove 210km to a telkom shop to get it sorted out but to no avail. Phone still not working. But the money went off my bank account. Very unhappy with the service at telkom and would not recommend it to anyone.
