My contract is due but Telkom still debiting every month.

my contract is due 3 months back but Telkom still debiting . I have tried calling Telkom to cancel my contracts they only cancelled 1 contract but still debiting for both of them each and every month Telkom agents are not professional .. I spoke to anele she hanged up while busy explaining my self then I spoke to simphiwe she was like I'm not the cancelation department try to call them I can not help just like that I have been trying to cancel till today , but you guys are debiting every month I am not happy at all I have 3 contracts with you guys I'm even thinking of canceling all of them.
