Mobile talk - WORST COMPANY AND BIGGEST LAIRS

<p>I recieved a call from mobile talk offering me uncapped LTE with promises of signal speeds of 150mb/s and not less than 90mb/s. I was told that they would cancel my Telkom 4mb ADSL line because they were part of telkom. I agreed and said i was interested.</p> <p>The router was dispached and it took them 3 attempts at getting it to me after simple instructions could not be followed. Once setup i ran an ookla speed test with dissapointing results and continued to do this over a few days. Initially i assumend there might be a signal problem but this continued for about 4 weeks. with speeds ranging from 0,2 mb/s to a max of 21mb/s but averaged out at about 2mb/s</p> <p> </p> <p>I decided to go back to my old ADSL line and tried calling to cancel the service that mobile talk cound obviously not offer. It is almost impossible to get hold of anyone and when you do the delay tatics start with "we need to listen to your recording where we offered 90mb/s speeds and will get back to you" This was approximatley 4 weeks ago and i am still waiting for the call. The website is absolutly ******* and only offers a number that no one answers - i assume this is due to the constant complaints they cant keep up with.</p> <p>I was forced to go to telkom to get them to sort out their provider / partner and was told that they would try and assit. I was then informed i was behind on my telkom account that i thought was cancelled by mobile talk!!</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone else has issues or problems i would love to partner up in a law suit to get my money back and stop these **********.</p>
