MOBILE TALK / TELKOM are a bunch of ******** taking peoples money with no remorse of their actions

Mobile Talk / Telkom are a bunch of ********. I was sold a data contract in August 2019 telling me that Telkom will have coverage by me due to the partnership between Telkom and Vodacom, after spending hours on the line with Mobile Talk and being sent into a Telkom branch only to find out that my contract was not able to browse the Vodacom network. I proceeded in cancelling my contract but four (4) months on I'm still being billed by Telkom. Today I spent over an hour on the phone to get my money reversed and I was told that it is Telkom Policy that my money can't be returned.

DO NOT deal with Mobile Talk as they are by no means an honest company. As for Telkom being the parent company, they too are ************ and will continue to just debit peoples account without listening to the problem and acting in the human manner.
