Warning Mobile Talk

I was called by a Mobile Talk agent around end August beginning September 2016 and was offered a tablet with 2 sim cards, the one was """LTE UNCAPPED""" my total was R239 for 24 months. I asked the agent about 10 times are you sure its uncapped because its cheap to my liking and I have doubted it but he convinced me and he even made a Telkom representative call me and confirm.

A week or 2 later the parcel arrived and the one sim was 100MB pm and the other 1GB pm, I called Telkom mobile and complained and the then said we need to activate both simcards first and after doing so they confirmed the 100MB and 1GB pm and I was told to call Ignition Group. I got put trough to the Mobile Talk department and explained my issue to them and the lady I spoke to told me that they will go and listen to the recording and call me back.

I never received a call and called them back again only to be told that they will collect the parcel once they have pulled the call recording. I went on holiday that September and when I go back from KZN the parcel was still here at my place. I then took the goods to the nearest Telkom mobile store and was told the cant accept it because its done trough mobile talk.

I then got billed via debit order and went to the bank to reverse and stop the debit order. In July 2017 P&P Attorney's contacted me regarding the outstanding amounts from Telkom Mobile. I told them what was going on and they then requested a letter from me and said they will contact Telkom.

A month later I called the attorneys and I was told Telkom did withdraw the matter.

12 November 2018 I went to Telkom mobile in East Rand Mall and I was told I cant apply for a LTE router as my account is suspended and I might be blacklisted

Its 2 years and 2 months later and this is still not fixed. The 2 sim cards and the tablet is still un used in the box I received it in.

Mobile Talk fix this as I was **** to from day one and I never called you guys for anything, your sales rep called me to steel from me.
