Mobile talk *****ing from me

I was contacted by mobile talk 2 months ago offering me data service, it sounded affordable until they sent me an email breaking down the actual payment. On the same day of the call, I sent them an email asking them not to process the application. I received an email back saying it was canceled. Month end of July I was debited R199 and also on the 25th of August. I never received the data, but I keep on being charged.
