Mobile talk sells blatant lies

Ayanda from Mobile talk phoned us. Saying he is from Telkom. He had all our Telkom information. He offered us an amazing LTE- A deal. Uncapped/ unlimited LTE data package. 150mbps. Throttled after 50gigs of usage per month to 110mbps. free router. Plus a free smart phone. 24 month contract at a fixed R208.00 per month. He also confirmed that we will be able to cancel our existing Telkom contract. We confirmed all of the above about 4 times with him during the conversation. When we received the confirmation SMS it stated we only get 1 gig of data per month. We phoned Mobile talk immediately. We spoke to Claudine Wolhuter who confirmed the details on the SMS. We told her to cancel everything as this is not what we signed up for. She confirmed that she sent the cancellation request through. She said we will get a cancelation SMS. I also send through cancellation emails. We still haven't received a cancelation SMS. They still went ahead and send the router and phone by courier. We didn't accept the package. A week later still no cancellation SMS.
