MOBILE TALK ****S

I was phoned by Mobile Talk Call Centre angent Shain Jai who offered me a Samsung A50 on Free Me 1Gig Telkom service. I was told that I get 1000 All Network talk minutes, 3000 minutes talk time Telkom to Telkom, 1Gig day time data and 2Gig night time data for only R349pm. Once I received the device I learned that in actual fact I can NOT make any All Network outgoing calls but only phone Telkom to Telkom numbers for this R349pm contract. I was ****MED and MISLEADED and now have to pay an additional R150 per month to Telkom to make outgoing calls to ALL NETWORKS. Mobile Talk is a bunch of fruadsters and has the worst customer care service I have come accross in years. They actually acknowledged to me IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT THEN CANCCEL IT!!!! Be aware of Mobile Talk. Youwill regret it!!!
