Mobile Talk ******** and *******ly debiting my bank

<p>Mobile Talk contacted me on an upgrade with Telkom , the sales lady **** about the upgrade , sold me a new contract at 3 times the amount that i did not agree to , the data and free minutes was not included as she promised and now i must pay for 2 contracts ..... Telkom will be held responsible for this and Mobile Talk will be tarnished , as your company should not be allowed to operate when you ***** and lie to customers .</p> <p>Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) will be informed of your ******* activites </p>
