MOBILE TALK rather MOBILE TRASH

<p>I was contacted by a Mobile Talk sales consultant who sold me a WiFi device and not one but TWO sim cards, contract through Telkom Mobile.</p> <p>He assured me that it includes unlimited data, one contract. I did not understand why two sim cards, he advised it is part of the deal.</p> <p>When the device and sim cards was delivered, I saw that it is in fact TWO contracts, one for 2GB data with Huawei device and a sim card with 500mb/month.</p> <p>I contacted Mobile Talk the next day after receipt telephonically and advised that the sales consultant **** to me and I do NOT wish to take up the contract. I confirmed the call with an email.</p> <p>This happened in April.</p> <p>Although Mobile Talk confirmed to me that the deal was cancelled and collected the hardware and sim cards, they did not cancel the contract with Telkom Mobile.</p> <p>According to Telkom Mobile the contracts are active and I have been invoiced accordingly. I have reversed the debit order. Guess what!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Now my Cell Phone has been suspended by TELKOM.</p> <p>From April until now I have had no joy resolving the matter.</p> <p>Mobile Talk advises that the outstanding monies to TELKOM is not their problem and I need to resolve with Telkom.</p> <p>Telkom advises that I must liaise with MOBILE TALK</p> <p>Some advise.................................. Never take out a contract from a sales consultant via telesales. It will be a disaster</p> <p> </p>
