Mobile Talk offer great contracts on the Phone but don't deliver the same

<p> Just had the courier at my office delivering the promotion package from Mobile Talk. I was offered a 10 Gig data card with a mobile router and1.5 Gig data card with a 8" Tablet over the phone.</p> <p>This would all be confirmed via email.</p> <p>I called 3 days later asking when I would receive this email and what the progress on the deal was, I was told that the email would be resent and confirmed my email address. Still no email.</p> <p>The guy who I spoke to was also very rude and told me I should just wait as it takes 10 days to complete the transaction. I was still in the vetting process. That was Friday last week 19/08/2016.</p> <p> <br />Monday morning the courier arrived at my office and I was out. I was never notified that the deal had been approved or that the courier was delivering.</p> <p>Courier arrives back today with the Tablet, 500 MB Card and an additional card with 1 Gig.</p> <p>All for the same monthly price as the deal originally discussed.</p> <p>So what happened to the Mobile router and the 10 Gig data card?</p> <p><br />When I called Mobile Talk I was told they dont have a deal as I have described.</p> <p>Keeping in mind that all their calls are recorded.</p> <p> </p>
