Mobile Talk - Modern Day *********

<p> Mobile talk initially acted as Telkom Representatives when they sold me my LTE contract. The contract was subject to them cancelling my ADSL contract but that was not done and i was billed for 2 contracts for many months. i then cancelled my ADSL on my own and no refund was recieved from Mobile Talk despite being advised that they will effect one.</p> <p>I then had a problem with the Router and Mobile Talk collected it from me in May 2016 and didnt return it - i then requested them to cancel my contract, which they say is done but i get billed by Telkom each month and i dont have any internet device in my possession. I have called Mobile Talk but they continously say that someone will call me but no one does, additionally you cannot escalate the call to anyone.</p> <p>This company understands that they are robbing people because of all the measures they have put in place to keep the customer at bay - this is modern crime at its best! People should stay away from this company... i have lost vast amounts of money through them and it seems i have no means to stop it anytime soon.</p>
