Mobile Talk lieying about telkom contracts

Hi

I have recently talked into taking a contract by the company named Mobile Talk and they said they are part of Telkom and they offered me unlimited wifi internet and only to find out I have only 1 Gig of internet, I have confirmed with Telkom store that what they have offered me doesn't exist and I need to cancel their contract and send the devices back to them. I have contacted them on the 06 of May to state my intentions to cancel the contract and I spoke to a lady called Claudia Walitah and she said that she has escalated my request but I do not trust them at all because there are no forms sent to me to address my intentions of cancelling the contract and she insist that my request will be attended to in three to five working days and someone will contact me to collect the items but it sounds very sketchy. can anyone in this community advise and help me because these ******** will deduct from my bank and before I know it 6 months will pass trying to fight this ****.
